中国总领事馆有感

前几天到中国总领事馆办事。

好处：大厅里增加了好多座位。
坏处：座位几乎多坐满了。
好处：都过了十点了，竟然还能拿到号。
坏处：前面有一百五十人，保安说要等两小时。
好处：附近有一家大书店。
坏处：买书花了一百五十多块钱。
好处：排队的时候也有东西可以打发时间了。
坏处：十一点半回到总领事馆，前面竟然还有一百多人。
好处：保安说了，只要拿到号的都会办。
坏处：还得再等两个小时。
好处：很难得见到这么多中国人。
坏处：怎么两个窗口中的一个去吃饭了？我也有点饿了。
好处：真好，竟然没有两个窗口都去吃饭。
坏处：都快两点了，则么还没到我啊？
好处：我都不怎么觉得饿了。
坏处：两点半还有个会呢。
好处：两点十分，总算到我了。
坏处：什么，我少带了份文件? 网上可没说要啊！
好处：可以取件的时候再带来。
坏处：过几天取件的时候还需要再排队。
好处：取件的队短，一个小时就可以了。
坏处：我彻底赶不上两点半的会了，学生到处找我。
好处：他们没有报警说我失踪，之后还非常理解地安慰我。

不同的人之间说同样的一句话

有时候，不同的人之间说同样的一句话，意思和感觉可以很不一样。刚才偶然想到了一个好例子。

“为什么在你小的时候，我不用担心你，但现在你越来越大了，我倒反而天天不放心你呢？”

这句话在很多场合下都有用，但意思不太一样。父母可以用这句话来教训日渐长大的孩子。长大了的孩子可以用这句话来关怀日渐变老的父母。更绝的是，在情侣和夫妻之间，这句俏皮话可以巧妙地传达心意，还带有几分幽默。

我的新玩具：意大利 Mocha 咖啡壶

一直听闻用炉子烧出来的 espresso 有独特风味。今天终于忍不住，在 Benix 买了一个意大利 Moka 式咖啡壶。吃完午饭，兴冲冲地打好咖啡粉，放入壶中，架在电炉上，焦急地等待喝咖啡。烧了二十多分钟，只有几滴咖啡，不成功。用冷水把咖啡壶冷却下来，才发现咖啡粉放太多了，把过滤网都堵死了（太贪心！）。另外，壶子也拧得不够紧，漏气。

不甘心。倒掉咖啡渣，洗干净咖啡壶，重来一次。这次，我稍微平整了一下咖啡粉，拧紧了壶。只需两三分钟便听到了咖啡滴进壶里的声音。再过了一分钟，掀开盖子，一杯香浓的意大利 espresso 便已经做好。尝了一口，味道跟我办公室里的 Krups Espresso 咖啡机做出来又很不一样。

These are the ideal conditions to extract the aromatic substances and the oils contained in coffee, thus obtaining the inimitable drink that we all know.
